If you've been spending a lot of time writing your own content and wondering why you're not hitting the right note with the readers, you're reading the right article! Have you been reading your competitor's online content and wondering what SEO tactics that they've employed to make their online content so popular with not only readers but also the search engines? There are many secrets to drawing the crowd as far as online content marketing is concerned because SEO is a rapidly changing industry.
In order to write your online content in a way that brings in the readers and keep readers glued right to the end, you'll have to write to elicit a response from them . Yes, this means, you'll have to imagine that the reader is sitting right there in front of you reading as you're writing the online content. Imagine every single response you can elicit from the reader of this online content. Is it a smile? Was it a frown? Can you see the slight nod of the head? Imagine all of that while you're writing it. You see, the more response they have to your online content, the more they can connect with you. Needless to say, if they feel that, in some way, they can relate to the stuff that you've written for your online content, they'll come back to check you out later.
One useful tip about writing online content for the purposes of SEO is to write it like you're talking to them. Absolutely no two ways about this one if you want to elicit a response from your reader. OK, simple. Just sit there with your fingers perched on the keyboard and start talking as you write your article. We do this all the time when we're in school writing an essay or you usually see school children mouthing the words silently as they write. This is what you have to do when you sit down there in front of your computer ready to write your online content. It doesn't matter if you look or sound silly (or robotic!). Close the door and start writing this way and I promise you that it will work !
And here's another tip…ask and you will often get an answer. It makes sense. Don't you think the readers of your online content are going to silently or subconsciously answer you when you ask a question? It's a perfectly natural response, so, when you're writing or ending a paragraph, just ask a simple question and you'll soon see more people liking your online content more.
There's no replacement for being personal and writing as if you're talking to the reader. It is an essential part of making your online search engine friendly.
Good luck!
