Here today, gone tomorrow – what a web content writer can do to change that

So you have a website and you're watching the traffic stroll in and out of your website without any dramatic change. True enough, you've been paying a web content writer to get the stuff together and you've been putting all the web content up on the website….and yet, there's hardly any change at all. What's the problem? What's missing in this big web content writing and marketing recipe?
Here are a couple of things you might consider doing if you have already hired a web content writer for your business website.
Everyone gets writer's block! Including your precious web content writer, so, be understanding about it. Furthermore, your web content writer is not directly in your industry, therefore, it's easy to understand why the web content writer might go through such a difficult time trying to find new topics to write about for your blog. Sometimes, the clients (you) will provide the web content writer with topics and keywords to write on. Sometimes, the client requires the web content writer to do his or her own research and find the topics to write on. It depends what your arrangement is like with your web content writer.
Another way to keep your website or blog visitors is to ask your web content writer to source for interesting links related directly or indirectly to your industry. Blog readers like to find picture illustrations and news links. Basically, the web content writer has got to be on top of the game! Have you ever read blog articles written by web content writers that are as exciting and interesting as watching paint dry? So have I! And it's really such a pain because you know the web content writer is trying very hard to meet the number of words quota…barely too. Here's the secret….ask the web content writer to spruce up the web article with a little bit more personality! Yes, like TALK TO THE READERS. Like, write like a human being! The moment the web content writer writes like he or she is honestly writing it, the people will connect with the words, like the blog/website and eventually, you'll earn yourself a fan base.
Google love words. Content is king. We've all heard that and your web content writer KNOWS that, so, you guys have been burning the midnight oil over the choice of words and the style of writing. But have you thought about putting a face to the blog or website? I mean, basically just putting a photo of someone (yourself, perhaps) into the blog where the web content appears. People connect with people or even animals. I know of a web content writer who decided to put a picture of her poodle into a client's blog and it exploded because they changed the style of writing and the articles that the web content writer posted into the blog became big hits. The poodle was an overnight dog-star!
Listen, what you're trying to do here is to keep the traffic that's coming to your website or blog. The web content writer's got to work closely with you. This is not a one-man-job, so, don't expect it to be. The moment the web content writer can come up with interesting stuff to keep your new visitors from clicking off, you've won the hearts of the readers. And I've said it a thousand times before….search engines, like www.google.com , will pay more attention to you if they think that readers love a particular website or blog. So, the reward you will get from the effort the web content writer has put in is….loyal readers.
Search engines, everyone, may bring in the traffic but they don't buy stuff from you. People do. So, work closely with your web content writer to come up with a people pulling strategy that keeps the traffic.
